The living room, situated in the ground floor, is a big kitchen where guests have breakfast in cold seasons and enjoy the warm at the fireplace. In summer, the garden becomes an outdoor living room, so that you can have breakfast relaxing yourself in the open air.
You will also have the option of using the sun , make you swing from a Hammock, or use the barbecue grill for food.

Federica will take care of you, letting you taste genuine products for a rich breakfast: an excellent honey, house-made jam, tart, cake, plum cake, pan cake and caramelized apple with maple juice, spelt, toasted bread, cold and hot drink. For those who prefer salted breakfast, there are the delicious Norcia’s charcuterie (ham, sausages, salami…) and a very good sheep cheese.
